1. Money-Back Guarantee Rules

In addition to any refund rights provided under applicable laws, if you purchased our software or service directly from our website and were offered the money-back option during checkout, you may be eligible for a full refund if the product failed to meet the stated objectives or features, provided the following conditions are fully met:

How to Demonstrate That You Have Followed the Program

We reserve the right to request additional documentation or proof if necessary.

Important Statement

Refunds under the Money-back Guarantee will not be granted if we determine, at our sole discretion, that there has been an abuse of the guarantee or fraudulent activity. This includes but is not limited to submitting false documentation, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple refunds, or failing to comply with the required conditions.

In cases where the program or service has been partially used, we reserve the right to offer a pro-rated refund based on the time used and the extent to which the service has been consumed.

2. General Refund Rules

At IT FOR TOMORROW LTD, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund based on the conditions described in this policy.

If you do not meet the conditions of our Money-back Guarantee outlined above, fees paid for the service are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law. Refunds are typically only available during the active subscription period. If your subscription period has expired before you request a refund, we will be unable to provide a refund, except in exceptional circumstances or where required by law.

If you reside in California or Connecticut, you may cancel your purchase any time prior to midnight on the third business day after the purchase date, and we will refund your payment in full.

Note for EU/EEA and Switzerland Residents

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you have a legal right to withdraw from contracts for the purchase of services. However, by purchasing a single item of digital content (e.g., software or a downloadable file), you expressly agree that the content is provided to you immediately, and you will lose your right of withdrawal.

For services provided on a continuous basis, such as subscriptions to our software, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the service upon purchase. If you withdraw from the contract, we will deduct from the refund an amount proportional to the service provided before your withdrawal notice.

4. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

6. Limitation of Liability

Except as required by applicable law, IT FOR TOMORROW LTD shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to claims related to the performance or non-performance of our products and services. Refunds, where applicable, are limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service in question.

7. No-Waiver Clause

Any refund granted outside the terms of this policy, whether partial or full, is at the sole discretion of IT FOR TOMORROW LTD and does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce the terms of this policy in the future.

8. Global Applicability and Consumer Rights

This policy is designed to comply with international consumer protection laws, including those of the European Union, the United States (including California and Connecticut), and other applicable jurisdictions. If local laws provide additional rights or protections, such as longer refund windows or automatic cancellation periods, those rights shall apply as required.
