This Refund Policy ("Policy") explains the circumstances in which IT FOR TOMORROW LTD (registration No. HE 466470, VAT No. CY60105017J), operating the digital business card service "DBC: Digital Business Card" through our mobile application and websites including digitalbusinesscard.com (together, the "Service"), may provide refunds for subscriptions purchased through our Service.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions of Use at digitalbusinesscard.com/terms (the "Terms"), in particular Section 7 (Subscription fees and payment) of the Terms. The refund provisions of this Policy are incorporated into and form part of the Terms. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms, the Terms shall prevail. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms.

1. General refund rule
We value any feedback and do everything to make our customers happy with our products and services. However, you agree that any Purchase (as defined in the Terms) is final, that the Company will not refund any transaction once it has been made, and that the Purchase cannot be canceled, subject only to the exceptions set out below in this Refund Policy and as required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
When you make a Purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all Purchases are non-refundable or exchangeable.
A refund can usually be claimed only during the active subscription period. If the subscription period has expired before you made a request for a refund, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.
In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws and the specific exceptions below, the Company may provide refunds at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
2. Money-back guarantee
In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws and the other clauses below, if you purchased our subscription directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during checkout, you are eligible to receive a refund if you are not satisfied with the business networking outcomes from your use of the Service, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
(a) you contact us at support@digitalbusinesscard.com within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period;
(b) within those 30 days, you generated at least 30 unique card views of your digital business card, demonstrating that you actively used the Service;
(c) you completed setup of at least one digital business card by providing your name, job title, and contact details;
(d) you are able to demonstrate that you have actively used the Service pursuant to the requirements stated below in the "How to demonstrate active use" subsection;
(e) the money-back option was presented to you during checkout for the specific Purchase for which you are claiming a refund; and
(f) you have not previously received a refund under this Money-Back Guarantee in respect of the same account.
We will review your application and notify you (by email or otherwise) whether your application is approved.
How to demonstrate active use
You can demonstrate that you have actively used the Service by fulfilling the following condition:
You provide screenshots from your DBC account proving that you have generated at least 30 unique card views within the first 30 days after the purchase, or you grant our team permission to verify your account activity directly within our systems.
Important statement
Please note that only fulfillment of the above requirements allows you to receive a refund under this Money-Back Guarantee. For the sake of clarity, this Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to any other instances, including (without limitation):
(a) where the money-back option was not presented to you at checkout;
(b) where you fail to provide the required proof of active use;
(c) where you did not generate at least 30 unique card views within the first 30 days;
(d) where your subscription was purchased through an App Store rather than directly through our website (App Store purchases are governed by Section 6 of this Policy);
(e) where the subscription period has already expired; or
(f) where you have previously received a refund under this Money-Back Guarantee on the same account.
3. California and Connecticut — three-day right of cancellation
If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel your purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of such purchase, we will return the payment you have made.
To exercise this right, please contact us at support@digitalbusinesscard.com with the subject line "CALIFORNIA/CONNECTICUT 3-DAY CANCELLATION" and provide your order number and account email.
4. EEA, UK, and Switzerland — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have an automatic legal right to withdraw from contracts for purchases of Services.
By signing up for our Service, which is provided on a continuous basis (such as a subscription), you expressly request and consent to the immediate supply of such Service. Therefore, if you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will deduct from your refund an amount that is in proportion to the Service provided before you communicated to us your withdrawal from the contract.
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
Where you have not lost your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you enter into the contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, you need to send your communication to us saying you wish to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period has expired.

5. Quebec — Right of Cancellation
If you are a consumer based in Quebec, you have an automatic legal right to cancel a contract for Services involving sequential performance.
Exercise of the Right of Cancellation
If you sign up for a subscription to the Service directly from us, you may cancel the contract at any time by sending the form below or another notice in writing for that purpose to IT FOR TOMORROW LTD, 13 Myrtiotissis, Aqua Mansions, Apartment 1, 4041, Germasogeia, Cyprus, email: support@digitalbusinesscard.com — of your decision to cancel the subscription by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

6. App Store refunds
Subscriptions purchased via an App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) are subject to such App Store's refund policies. This means we cannot grant refunds directly for App Store purchases. You will have to contact the relevant App Store support directly:

The Money-Back Guarantee described in Section 2 of this Policy applies only to subscriptions purchased directly on our website, not to subscriptions purchased through an App Store.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund under this Policy, please send an email to support@digitalbusinesscard.com including the following information:
(a) Your full name and the email address associated with your DBC account;
(b) Your order number or the date and amount of the Purchase;
(c) The reason for your refund request, indicating which clause of this Refund Policy you are relying on (e.g., Money-Back Guarantee, California/Connecticut three-day cancellation, EEA Right of Withdrawal, Quebec Right of Cancellation);
(d) Where applicable, screenshots or other evidence demonstrating that you meet the eligibility conditions (in particular, evidence of active use for the Money-Back Guarantee).
We will review your request and respond, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Where your request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the Purchase. Please note that processing times by your bank or payment provider may add additional time before the refund appears in your account.
We reserve the right to request additional information to verify your identity and eligibility before processing any refund.
8. Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our refund practices, in applicable laws, or in our business. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy.
If we make material changes that affect your existing refund rights, we will strive to notify you before the update's effective date by sending an email to the email address connected with your account or by other appropriate means, in accordance with Section 1.7 of the Terms.
